We want you to experience the best sleep possible; if you are not completely satisfied with your Snooze Band, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the device is returned in its original packaging with all charging cables included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Snooze Band and all accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
